Account and booking data is kept while the account and related obligations are active. Financial, tax and contractual documents are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Contact messages and technical records are erased or reviewed when no longer needed. Exact periods must reflect the controller’s legal duties and configured retention rules.
5. Your rights
Depending on the legal ground and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can download an electronic overview or submit a request in the Privacy section of your account. We normally respond within one month; the period may be extended where permitted for complex or numerous requests.
The right to erasure is not absolute. Data that must be retained under law or is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be restricted and retained for that purpose.

You may lodge and complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad for ochranu osobních data), uoou.gov.cz.
